Do you think all criminals who have children should be released from prison?

I think anyone with three criminal offences should be automatically sterilised. If you have children and commit burglary then the fact that you were acting irresponsibly should get you twice the sentence. The human rights act needs to be thrown onto the political scrap heap where it belongs along with the wet stupid lefties that designed it all. The Human rights act just rewards criminal behaviour and oppresses decent people.
