How can help my male guppy get along?

It is probably the danios. These fish often nip others tails. As for why they are only attacking the male, I'm not sure. It is also a possibility that the fish lost part of its tail if it got caught in the filter or something like that. Do not move him in with the betas though, because the male will probably attack him. They aren't very friendly.
