I am having fish problems! PLEASE ANSWER?

i have a pearl gourami and tiger barb in my20 long tank. i just bought a gold dojo loach and put in there. they did fine at first but now the 2 old fish will not stop biting the loach! he is bleeding on his top fin and has blood in one barble. he also seems to be spitting up blood! what should i do!
