Tingling numb sensation in my finger due to ice capps...?

Whenever I drink ice capps for some reason my index and thumb finger starts to swell up and get numb tingly and big. It doesn't hurt but it feels really weird and I don't know if it a new allergic reaction or something. This hasn't happend before with ice capps till recent.
